Identification: Identify
and inspect homes that may meet your criteria.
* Private
Showings: Accompany you
on private tours of homes that you wish to view, and
provide a completely unbiased assessment of each property's value, condition,
quality, amenities, and location.
* Valuation:
Assess the fair value of
each home you express an interest in, and explain the basis for that
assessment.
* Contract
Preparation: Lead you
through the process of preparing offers to purchase a home.

Negotiation: Act as
your representative and advisor in negotiations with the seller.

Inspections: Advise you
as to what types of inspections (whole house, mold, geological, radon, lead,
water, roof, structural, drainage, etc.) and insurance policies are appropriate for the home you are
interested in, and help coordinate the inspections you choose to undertake.
* Legal
Matters: Review relevant title reports, determine if any items
in the report raise legal issues or otherwise need to be brought to
your attention.
* Escrow
Processing: Coordinate the escrow process, including deposit payments, inspections,
and assuring that deeds, acknowledgements, and other legal documents
are in the proper form.
