| Northstar is a relatively
new neighborhood with considerable cache as
Davis neighborhoods go, and relatively high
listing prices in this area so reflect.
Northstar homes have easy
access to greenbelts and bike paths, and to
Northstar's expansive park, playground, and
wildlife area. Along its Northern border,
a wide drainage canal separates the outer homes
of Northstar from the boundless fields of Yolo
County, and doubles as a wildlife-rich walking
route (a dog walker's dream). The homes in
Northstar are, on average, larger and of higher
quality than are those in other areas of North
Davis (excepting North Davis Farms). The
ample Northstar greenbelts are seamlessly
integrated with those of Covell Park. |
