| West Davis proper (also
called the "Westwood" development) is the
oldest part of West Davis, featuring wide
streets and, like so many areas of Davis, magnificent
trees. West Davis includes Emerson Junior
High school, and is just a short drive from the
UCD campus. The layout of West Davis is
traditional, with wide streets, a large central
park, and, for the most part, relatively
large lots. The area contains a mix of
moderate to large detached single family homes,
to smaller homes and duplexes. |

Garden Estates portion of West Davis features
